Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose My Life Stories. Cancelling never deletes your stories.

How do I invite family?

From inside the app, you choose exactly who can see your stories and send them an invitation. Family members join free with their own Apple ID.

How do I delete my stories or my account?

You can delete any single memory from inside the app. To delete everything, use Settings in the app or email us, and we'll take care of it.
